• Custom/Personalized Products:
  • Orders for customized products (e.g., photo frames, wall clocks, keychains with custom designs or engravings) can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After 12 hours, cancellation is not possible as production begins immediately.
• Non-Custom Products:
  • Orders for non-customized products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Cancellation requests after the product has been shipped will not be accepted.

1.2 How to Cancel an Order:

• To request a cancellation, please email us at janhavienterprises8@gmail.com with your order details (Order ID, Name, Contact Number).
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

1.3 Order Cancellation by www.bestgifting4u.com:
We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of:

• Insufficient stock.
• Technical issues with pricing or product information.
• Payment discrepancies or fraud detection.
  In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2.1 Refund Eligibility:
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• The product you received is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product or an incorrect customization.
• The item is significantly different from its description on our website.

2.2 Unboxing Video Requirement:
To claim a refund for a damaged or defective product, you must provide an unboxing video as proof.

• The video should clearly show:
  • The package in its original, unopened state.
  • The unboxing process, with clear visibility of the damaged or defective product.

2.3 Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Clear photographs of the product showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.
• Once your request is verified and approved, we will initiate a refund or offer a replacement (based on your preference). Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Return Policy for Defective or Damaged Products

• Products eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by us for damaged or defective products.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns are not applicable in the following cases:

• Custom-made or personalized products (unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect).
• Minor color or design variations in acrylic products (due to the nature of manufacturing).
• Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or external factors after delivery.
• Corporate gifting items ordered in bulk, unless there’s a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

5. Replacement Policy

• For defective or incorrect items, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
• Replacements will be shipped within 7 business days after the defective item is received and verified.
