• Non-Customized Products: These are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery time varies by location:
  • Metro cities: 2-5 business days
  • Non-metro cities and towns: 3-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors like weather or courier delays.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for orders above ₹500. For orders below that amount, standard shipping charges will apply. For bulk orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on the size and destination of the order.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

• Customized products: Orders for custom products can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.
• Non-customized products: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

8. What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we require an unboxing video to process your claim. Please follow these steps:

1. Record an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and the product.
2. Email us at janhavienterprises8@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item, including the video and pictures of the damage.
3. We will verify the issue and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

9. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also check the status of your order on our Track My Order page by entering your Order ID and Email Address.
