1. Shipping Locations

• We ship across India to all major cities, towns, and pin codes.
• If your location is in a remote area or not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you at the earliest.

2. Processing Time

• Customized/Personalized Products:
  • Orders for custom products such as photo frames, wall clocks, and keychains with personalized designs will take 3–7 business days for production.
  • Bulk orders or corporate gifting items may take 7–15 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
• Non-Customized Products:
  • Orders for ready-made products will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Note: Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Time

• Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities and Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

• Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all orders below ₹500.
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders above ₹[minimum amount].
• Bulk Orders/Corporate Gifting: Shipping charges for bulk or corporate orders will be calculated and communicated at the time of placing the order.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
• You can also track your order on our website under the Track My Order section using your order ID and registered email.

6. Packaging

• All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Customized acrylic products and fragile items like photo frames and wall clocks are packed with additional protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Failed Delivery Attempts:

• If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier company will make up to two more attempts to deliver the package.
• If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply for re-dispatching the order.

7.2 Damaged or Missing Items:

• If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• To process your claim, please provide:
  • The unboxing video (clearly showing the package and its contents).
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
