- Orders for custom products such as photo frames, wall clocks, and keychains with personalized designs will take 3–7 business days for production.
- Bulk orders or corporate gifting items may take 7–15 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
- Non-Customized Products:
- Orders for ready-made products will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Note: Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Time
- Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

6. Packaging

7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier company will make up to two more attempts to deliver the package.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply for re-dispatching the order.
7.2 Damaged or Missing Items:
- If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To process your claim, please provide:
- The unboxing video (clearly showing the package and its contents).
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
